OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sherri Duskey Rinker ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered from, and governed by the laws of, the State of Illinois.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2026 and ends on August 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). All Entries (see "How to Enter" below) must be received by 5:00 PM EST on August 21, 2026 to be eligible. Sponsor's email server is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Because this Sweepstakes centers on a coloring activity for children, the parent or legal guardian of the child completing the coloring page must be the one who requests, completes, and submits the Entry. Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. See Section 11, "Children's Privacy," below.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Step 1 – Request the coloring page (not an entry): During the Entry Period respond to the Instagram prompt at Instagram.com/sherririnker including your email address to receive a free downloadable coloring page inspired by THE CREW NEEDS YOU. This step alone does NOT enter you in the Sweepstakes.

Step 2 – Submit your Entry: A parent or legal guardian must email a photo or scan of their child's completed coloring page to Kristen.O_manager@sherririnker.com no later than 5:00 PM EST on August 21, 2026. The email must be sent from the parent/guardian's own email address and include the parent/guardian's full name. To protect the child's privacy, please do NOT include the child's last name, age, school, address, or other identifying details — a first name or nickname only, if any, is sufficient.

Only Step 2 constitutes an entry into the Sweepstakes ("Entry"). Limit: one (1) Entry per person, email address, and household. Multiple Entries from the same person, email address, or household will be void. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and requesting the coloring page (Step 1) requires no purchase or payment of any kind.

5. WINNER SELECTION
Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor's designated representative on or about August 24, 2024 whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

6. PRIZE
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) signed copy of THE CREW NEEDS YOU by Sherri Duskey Rinker (Approximate Retail Value: $19.99 each; total ARV of all prizes: $99.95).

Prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty, express or implied. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is not transferable. Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email within 10 business days of the drawing, using the email address from which the winning Entry was submitted. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, fails to timely return required documents, or is found ineligible, that person will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Sweepstakes is directed to, and may only be entered by, adults (parents or legal guardians) — it is not directed to children, and Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Every Entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian using their own contact information, not the child's. Parents/guardians should not include their child's full name or other identifying information (age, school, home address, etc.) in the submission. By submitting an Entry, the parent/guardian represents that they are the child's parent or legal guardian and consents, on the child's behalf, to Sponsor's use of the submitted artwork solely to administer the Sweepstakes drawing and, only if the parent/guardian separately agrees under the Publicity section below, for promotional use — in all cases without disclosing the child's full name or other identifying details.

12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name and city/state of residence, and (with parental consent) the child's artwork, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants (parent/guardian name and email address) will be used only to administer this Sweepstakes — verifying eligibility and contacting winners — and will not be sold to third parties.

14. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As a condition of entering, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
