Yesterday felt a bit epic!

Yesterday felt a bit epic! I finished the edits for a new book (more on that later!), discovered that our latest Construction Site offering, Construction Site: Merry and Bright (a lift-the-flap book) is selling like hotcakes in Canada (do they like hotcakes in Canada?) AND today’s PW Children’s Bookshelf featured TWO different genres —WITH PHOTOS.

I shall now drop the mic and stay in bed, because things can only go downhill from here…!

Beautiful October Views

It’s OCTOBER in NORTHERN ILLINOIS, and my bedroom view is still filled with flowers. 🥰 (We’ve had an unseasonably warm fall here, but that appears to be ending in a few days. I’m recording a last look before the looong winter season starts to set in. 😢)
